Shipping & Returns


Discretion
The discretion very important to us, our shipments are carried out in cardboard boxes or envelopes without any inscription that can cause to suspect or to show the content.

Shipping
We will send your order through DHL EXPRESS.  The package delay 2 or 3 work day’s aprox., to be in the destination place, this time depends on the destination, we will send your order to the address indicated by you. After we confirm the payment through any of the possible options, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number; confirm it and tracking the package in the DHL site. www.dhl.es

Shipping incidents
If you don’t receive your order in the stipulated time, visit www.dhl.es  and tracking the package with the tracking number we gave you when you did your order.
Sometimes the delivery service don’t leave a note reporting the visit to the arriving place, when there are not people in the destination; they must carry the package to the DHL office, you must go there to reclaim the package.
If you don’t receive your order in the stipulated day, please contact the DHL office nearest to you, with the tracking number, to find your order.

Order re-shipping
Be sure your information is correct, if your order is returned for any reason and you want to receive the products anyway, we will send you the package again. If the cause of returning is not responsibility of Lenceria Seduccin, you must pay the new shipping fee.
Lenceria Seduction is not responsibly for the delay in the shipping, if you made mistakes registration form.

Fraud
Who made fraudulent orders, will be pursued with all the severity that the law.  Our virtual store is enabled to collect the IP address and locate the people that made this order. False information will be sent to the pertinent authorities for its subsequent pursuit.

Returns
Our products are inspected before shipping process.  If you find any imperfection when you open the package, please contact us info@lenceriaseduccion.com, in the next 7 days after the order reception, return us the package and we sent you again a new box package, when we receive the and confirm the product condition. If the product is not in stock, we wil offer a similar product or the payment refund.
If you are not satisfied with the product when you receive it, and you want return it to us, please contact us to info@lenceriaseduccion.com , and we send you the process to do it. In this case the shipping fee is will be pay for the client.

NOTE:
We accept product returns only in the original packing and without signs of handling.
We don’t accept returns of used product. If you find any imperfection, and you want to return the product, remember you have the next 7 days only.
